01Who you are buying from

“Price Bash” refers to the trading identity of this online storefront. The registered seller's legal name, registration details and service address must be completed on our Contact & Legal page before the storefront is released to the public.

Brand names and trademarks of Apple, Samsung and other manufacturers belong to their respective owners; Price Bash is an independent retailer unless a particular authorised relationship is expressly substantiated.

02Products and descriptions

Products are sold as new or pre-owned as described on the specific listing. Brand-new iPhones are advertised as sealed and unused. Pre-owned phones are supplied with the disclosed grade and minimum 80% battery health at delivery. All products include our 12-month store warranty.

Variant options, included accessories, stock status and product-specific features should be reviewed before checkout. If we identify a material description error, we will correct it and contact affected customers where necessary.

03Orders and payment

Checkout provides an opportunity to review the order, correct mistakes and withdraw before final submission, as required by ECTA. An order confirmation acknowledges the details received. Orders remain subject to lawful availability and fulfilment requirements.

Displayed prices are in South African rand. Any applicable delivery costs, taxes and additional charges must be disclosed before you pay. Cash on delivery is not offered. Payment methods shown at checkout control which services are actually available.

04Mobicred and third-party credit

If Mobicred is offered at checkout, its availability is subject to the provider's eligibility checks, credit agreement, fees and repayment terms. Price Bash does not guarantee an approval or a particular repayment amount.

Statutory consumer refund rights still apply to the sale. Credit reversals and repayment adjustments are coordinated with the relevant provider under applicable law and the credit agreement.

05Fulfilment and delivery

Dispatch, delivery and collections are governed by the agreed terms and applicable law, including ECTA section 46 for relevant electronic transactions. See the detailed Delivery & Collection page for fulfilment, tracking and cancellation due to non-performance.

06Cancellation, defects and warranties

Qualifying electronic transactions may carry a seven-day ECTA cooling-off right. Under CPA sections 55–56, qualifying defective goods carry statutory remedies within six months of delivery. Our 12-month commercial warranty is additional.

07Complaints and dispute resolution

Please contact Price Bash first so we can investigate and provide a written outcome. If the matter remains unresolved, you may seek assistance from the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud, the National Consumer Commission or other appropriate bodies.

These terms are governed by South African law, subject to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rules.

08Updates to these terms

We may amend these terms prospectively. The terms relevant to a completed order are not changed retroactively to remove rights that already accrued. Material updates will be reflected by a revised date on this page.
