Every pre-owned phone is supplied with at least 80% battery health at delivery. Battery capacity naturally reduces over time, and the 80% minimum describes the condition when the device is supplied.
A-Grade pre-owned phones are described as near-flawless, with minimal to no visible marks and clean screens. Always review the condition grade on the product page and our Condition Guide.
Yes. Every Price Bash product carries a 12-month store warranty. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act remain separate and fully applicable. Read the Warranty Policy.
Qualifying online purchases may be cancelled within seven days after delivery under ECTA, subject to the law's exceptions. Qualifying defective goods also have CPA remedies. See Returns & Refunds.
